Yes. We bring our own professional-grade wash setup, pressure washers, extension cords, and specialized detailing hoses. All we require from you is access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of where the vehicle is parked.

We are fully mobile and proudly serve Barrie, Simcoe County and surrounding areas in Ontario. If you are located outside this zone, feel free to reach out as we may still be able to accommodate you with a minor travel fee.

It depends entirely on the service. A typical full detail in and out can take anywhere from 4-6 hours. See specific time estimates above! A more accurate range can be given before a job.
Pricing & Vehicle Condition

The starting prices listed are baseline estimates for vehicles with standard wear and tear. Final pricing is subject to a brief physical inspection upon arrival. Vehicles with heavy pet hair accumulation, deep winter salt crust, severe fabric staining, or heavy off-road mud require significantly more time and specialized chemical extraction, which may incur an additional fee. We will always confirm the final price with you before we turn on a single machine.

We kindly ask you remove all personal belongings, valuables, and large trash items from the cabin and trunk before your scheduled slot. This ensures we can immediately focus 100% of our time on deep cleaning and protecting your vehicle’s surfaces. (Note: While we are happy to bag loose trash for you, Valence Auto Detailing is not responsible for any items left inside your vehicle.)

Because we operate entirely outdoors in your driveway, weather plays a big factor. If heavy rain, high winds, or storms are forecasted, we will contact you at least a few hours prior to your slot to seamlessly reschedule your appointment to the next available clear day at no additional charge.

Payment & Scheduling Options

No upfront deposit or payment is required to lock in your booking online. We only take payment once the detailing job is entirely finished and you have completed a final walk-around inspection of your vehicle with us. We accept Interac E-Transfer and cash payment options on-site for your convenience.

Absolutely. We understand that plans change. You can modify or cancel your appointment directly through the confirmation link sent to your email up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. If you need to make a last-minute change within the 24-hour window, simply send us a text message as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

You only need to be there at the very beginning to greet us, hand over the keys, and show us where your water and power hooks-ups are located. Once we are set up, you are completely free to head inside, run errands, or focus on your day. We will shoot you a text message roughly 20 to 30 minutes before we finish up so you can come out for the final vehicle inspection.
